Michael Gebhardt

President

Senior Detective Michael Gebhardt has proudly served with the Fremont Police Department since 2004. He has been a Field Training Officer, a Sexual Assault Detective and is currently assigned to the Robbery/Homicide unit as a Senior Detective. Detective Gebhardt also currently serves as the Vice President of the California Robbery Investigator’s Association board of directors. Detective Gebhardt first served on the FPA board of directors in 2014. In June, 2017 Detective Gebhardt was elected Vice President of the FPA and was appointed as chair of the FPA Political Action Committee. Detective Gebhardt was elected President in June, 2019

Tony Holguin

First Vice President

Detective Tony Holguin has proudly served with the Fremont Police Department since 1995. He is the Senior Sexual Assault/Child Abuse Detective as well as a Field Training Officer, Academy Liaison, Squad Leader for the Crowd Management Team and Bicycle Officer. He served 13 years on SWAT as an Operator and Team Leader and was the 2014 Officer of the Year. Senior Detective Holguin has served on the FPA board since 2015.

Chris Tucker

Treasurer

Officer Chris Tucker joined the Fremont Police Department in October of 2016 after serving with the Los Altos Police Department since 2007. Officer Tucker brings experience from Patrol, Field Training, Investigations, Collision Reconstruction, and has previously served as an Association Secretary and Treasurer. Officer Tucker has served on the FPA board since 2018.

Richard Hamblin

Officer Richard Hamblin has proudly served with the Fremont Police Department since 2011, and prior to that he worked at the Stockton Police Department from 2004-2011. Det. Hamblin currently is a Detective in the Crimes Against Person Unit assigned as the Human Trafficking/PC290/DV detective. Det. Hamblin is a SWAT member, firearms instructor, and driving instructor. Det. Hamblin has served on the FPA board since 2017.

Alexander Gregory

Officer Alexander Gregory has served the Fremont Police Department since January of 2015. He is currently assigned to the Traffic Investigations Unit, as a police motorcycle officer. Additionally, he is a member of the Crowd Management Team and is also actively enrolled in law school, where he is working towards his Juris Doctor.
